Sleep Deprivation

Hi, Welcome to my blog!

I decided to start this blog, because sleep deprivation is a common problem amongst people of all ages these days. We all live such fast paced lives, that often getting a good night's sleep is the first thing we don't get enough of. And really it's one of the most important parts of our lives - so that we can function properly during the day.

Most people suffer from insomnia at some point in their lives, whether it's lack of sleep when you have a baby, stressful periods of time or maybe your partner is keeping you awake at night with their snoring. These sleep problems can usually be resolved over time. But some people have more persistent sleep disorders, for e.g. sleep apnea, long term illness or restless leg syndrome which need treatment.

So, in the following posts I'm going to write about different self help treatments you can try to overcome insomnia.
